Welcome to the tiny house, your self-catering accommodation in the garden of zen océan soulac.
This little wooden house has been designed by an architect. You’ll find all the comforts of home in a 20 m² room with a 15 m² covered terrace:
A bedroom with a 1.60 x 2 metre double bed and storage space, a bathroom and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is well isolated and ventilated, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter.
The independent entrance is through the gate on the street side. You will be living in a very quiet area. The street makes a loop and there isn’t much traffic.
Enjoy the view over the garden and listen to the sound of the ocean 300 metres away.

How to get here ?
By train via Bordeaux, then with the TER (regional train) to Soulac station.
By car from the north on the Royan-Le Verdon ferry (no need to book).
By car from the south via the Route des Lacs or Bordeaux.
