The accommodation is located 980 feet from the beach “Les Arros” in the north of Soulac. You’ll be staying in a very peaceful spot between the forest and the sea.
A white house with lavender-blue shutters invites you into holiday mode straight away. With great taste and a bright colour concept, this 70s house has been recently renovated. The little extra is the hot shower in the garden.

Katja welcomes you to her cocoon
Katja Thomsen, yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer, shiatsu therapist and surfer, is delighted to welcome you to her home.
A seasonal worker in Soulac in the 90s, she fell under the spell of the small seaside resort. A keen traveller, she decided to return in 2013. In 2020, the Franco-German fulfilled her dream by buying her own house, a haven of peace surrounded by the sound of the ocean waves.

A little haven of peace in Soulac... you feel so at home in this little house... the bedding is incredible. Katja is very welcoming and makes the stay even more pleasant... the ocean is within walking distance and so is the Village. in short, everything was perfect.

By train via Bordeaux, then with the TER (regional train) to Soulac station.
By car from the north on the Royan-Le Verdon ferry (no need to book).
By car from the south via the Route des Lacs or Bordeaux.
